The NEXT crank represents a significant milestone for Race Face. NEXT cranks are one of the lightest, strongest, 100% carbon fiber cranks ever made.
Race Face has created a crank that goes beyond existing carbon material & process limitations, setting a new benchmark in performance XC components.

Features
- The arms are the result of over two years of intensive engineering & are manufactured in our British Columbia, Canada manufacturing facility.
- The crank arms are completely hollow with all unnecessary material being removed from the centre core. The composite arms have no internal aluminum spine.
- Race Face Turbine chainrings are 100% CNC machined from super-hard 7075 aluminum to maximize wear resistance & impact strength.
- Proven assembly friendly “EXI” spline interface ensures fast, simple installation and easy dealer serviceability using standard shop tools.
- Next features a specifically engineered, superlight, CNC machined CrMo BB spindle that is permanently moulded directly into the drive side crank arm to minimize weight and maximize power transfer.
- All alloy hardware T-30 Torx hardware keeps weight down and coolness high. Crank bolt puller cap makes crank removal a snap with just an 8mm hex wrench.
- Comes with our all new Turbine BB.
- Bearings feature our new custom triple wiper seal to better retain grease & keep contaminants out.
- Bearings are factory filled with Phil Wood waterproof grease — tested & proven to extend bearing life.
- Also available with BB92 press-fit or BB30 conversion bottom bracket assembly.

> You want light-as-air performance. Race Face claims its NEXT XC crank is, at 750 grams, the lightest non-integrated two-piece on the market. And our test, on our scale, weighed...750 grams. The hollow carbon arms (no spline) are made in North America with a chromoly spindle and bearing cups armored for a Vancouver winter. The NEXT crank makes a big statement on the scale, but on the bike it never feels like a featherweight part, and we mean that in the best possible way. It feels not only stiff, but also solid, precise, quick and direct, which puts it in a class of one: superlight parts that aren't flimsy.
