NOT FOR BOOST

As mentioned in another review, the actual offset is ~4.25mm and will hit the frame if you are replacing an original SRAM direct chainring with boost offset 3 bolt SRAM direct chainring. Just a heads up! Maybe work on some frames with lots of clearance around the chainring but on my Commencal: it did not work.

A: Hi Lee,

Thanks for asking! All our chainrings are made with a 3.5mm offset. This chainring will give you a 52mm chainline, or a 58.5 chainline with a flipped ring.

I would like to put this ring on my 2020 Commencal Furious but someone had wrote the offset causes the ring to hit the frame.

A: I would contact Commencal to see what offset they spec from the factory as Sram has 3 different offset options.

This chainring will only work with a Sram crank. All our chainrings are 3.5mm offset, this should be close to the chainline you already have. Feel free to email me what chainline you are looking for and I can confirm this for you :) nataliel@raceface.com
