It looks as thought Rock Shox supply a built in grip for their Twistloc. We're not 100%, as we've not tested it, but based on what we can see in images you'd need to cut away the clamping portion of the Half Nelson grip, which would mean it is not properly secured to your handlebar. We'd suggest sticking with a purpose built grip for that job, and maybe keeping the spare Half Nelson for the other side of the bar once it's time to refresh the grip!
